Surprisingly enough once I got about half way through your ‘efficient living’ book, I found myself both really enjoying the read, and the way it has opened up my eyes to my spending habits. Hey guys, first and foremost – THANK YOU! I’m writing to you today, approx 3 weeks after getting a sneak peak at your products, and must say that I’m rather overwhelmed and mad at myself for not taking stuff like this seriously sooner.
It’s only been a few weeks since I’ve started to take your actions outlined in the books, and can already see how and why I am going to save a TON of money on all my bills. The way that your DIY is setup is easy to follow, and the efficient living book is something I’ve actually read twice now and made my son read as well.
We’re going to be making our first solar panels tomorrow (already got most of the items needed – wasn’t expensive at all!). After absorbing the information and putting your “big red A’s” into action, the whole family is suddenly becoming very aware that if they save energy, save money, we can do things like vacation more, buy better foods, not worry so much about bills, and I think to top it all off my son thinks he’s going to be getting car soon (that’s why he thinks I bought this kit, hey as long as he keeps up with the game plan, I probably will end up buying him a car soon).

As per your request, I am writing in to provide you with feedback on your project. Not really sure where to start because as I finished reading each bit, I found myself wanting to go and take the described actions right away! I’m usually the biggest skeptic when it comes to anything that claims it will ‘save me money’ because it usually means spending tons first. However with this kit, I can easily see how it pays for itself by the first week of implementing these plans.
The Solar and Wind DIY’s are quite detailed and easy to follow, but I was more enlightened by your Efficient Living module because it really applied to ME (and I’m sure anyone that lives within societies day to day BS).
I both applaud, commend, and bid you guys great success with this! While I can’t allow you to endorse this with my name, I would like you to post this on your site with confidence and know that you have converted another skeptic into believing and honoring what you preach.

I just want to say thanks for providing such an informative product. I didn’t really know how much money I was wasting by not being efficient as I had never thought about how I used appliances in my home. I guess I was sucked into the idea of how cheap energy used to be and I continued to use it as wastefully as before.
After reading the series of ebooks I have cut down about 30% of my bills just by being efficient – it cost me nothing. I now have a daily routine that I stick by and I make sure appliances are only on when I need to use them.
I might even try building a solar panel or a small wind turbine myself now as I like the idea of saving even more money in the future.

Subject: Happy family already saving money
Dear Efficient Planet,
I though I would send an email and thank you for the product. It really opened my eyes to why my electricity bills are so high. I currently have 2 freezers running and only 1 of them would really be needed as I don’t stock up on as many frozen foods as I used to.
I realized it was pointless running both freezers and now just plan to use one and sell the other to make some money. I have also switched my electricity supplier because I found out their rate was not the best one available in my area. That should save me even more money.
My husband is looking forward to making a solar panel and windmill as he is a DIY enthusiast. He told me that it looks easy and he will do it this weekend (not sure when this weekend is because he told me he was going to cut the grass about 2 weekends ago and still hasn’t done it).

Hi,
Loved the ebooks as they were easy to read and simple to follow. I was not looking forward to winter and the price of heating. Now I know I will be able to save a lot of money by following the steps in each of the books.

I know I am already going to save money as I carried out an energy audit and realized how much electricity I was wasting. I must have been wasting almost 50% of my electricity by leaving almost every appliance on standby and leaving lights on at night. I have also reduced my thermostat by 2 degrees and I haven’t even noticed the difference in comfort.

I don’t believe how stupid I used to be before reading your ebook. I used to complain all the time and always told my family off for not switching the TV off when they were not using it. I used to preach about wasting energy to them and after reading your books I done an energy audit and realized I was being even more wasteful than everyone else.
I was the person who set the thermostats in the house and I used to have every room set to heat to the same level every day even though some of the rooms were not used much at all. I have since adjusted the thermostats in all rooms and look forward to saving a lot of money on heating. Instead of having bedrooms heated all the time I have now started heating them about 30 minutes before bed and for 30 mins before waking up – saving almost 23 hours of heating cost per day in each of the 4 bedrooms.
